Several tests were performed during inspection, including:
- Inspecting contact pads
- Testing on SP5 Server motherboard - Supermicro H13SSL-N Rev. 2.x
The component failed inspection following reasons:
- System powers on, fails during pre-memory CPU initialization, no POST. Code 0x14
- An identical AMD EYPC 9A05 was tested on the same system configuration and completed POST successfully
