If you bring the device into the Santa Rosa store, yes — you leave with cash the same day. If you ship it, we pay as soon as it arrives and passes inspection.

Screens and batteries are usually done the same day, often while you wait. Anything board-level takes longer — we tell you the timescale before starting.

Most repairs don't touch your data, but back up first if the device still powers on. For dead devices we offer data recovery separately.
